With many of the larger banks and brokers, your loan is assigned to a clerk in a large department, rather than having a small, dedicated team processing your loan. However, at Universal Mortgage, you will have a dedicated team of two or three people, who will always be intimately involved in your loan and available to help you with any questions you may have right away.
