Isaac, I do not think it is hyperbole to say that we could not have done it without you. Your tremendous efforts in getting this deal done were nothing short of outstanding. There were several times over the past few weeks where Cassandra and I were absolutely convinced that the deal would not go through and that we would have to start looking at the rental market for another year.
